Hello! We are Gini and Karl, two little Tux penguins. As you probably know Tux is the name of the penguin mascot of the Linux operating system. So you can imagine that we love computers and everything that has to do with it as well as other fascinating science and electronics stuff. We live with our parents, Sara and Antoin, in Multimix City, a wonderful place, close to the sea and full of diverse and interesting people. We read, observe, build, do experiments and travel to explore and understand more and more of the world around us.

Gini Tux

I am Gini, a real tux girl. Of course I like everything that has to do with linux and computers. I also like electronics and everything that has to do with robots. Actually robots fascinate me very very much! You can find more about it in my blog.
With my family, that is my brother Karl, my mom Sara and my papa Antoin, and my friends I live in Multimix City, a wonderful place. Multimix City is -like the name implies- a very diverse city, people from all over the world come here to live together peacefully! Every person you meet has a different story to tell and you never stop learning! Multimix City is also situated wonderfully: it is directly on the sea but the mountains are not too far away either. In fact the landscape is as diverse as its people!
I still go to school, a place with far too many rules and regulations and far too less room for learning and explorations! But as soon as school is over and after I have (quickly) finished my homework I can finally start learning the stuff I like and explore the world in all its many dimensions!

Karl Tux

I am Karl, Gini's brother and a computer and linux lover. I always can't wait to come home from school and sit in front of my computer. So much to explore there. Don't forget to check out my Everything computer blog which I will start writing very soon. If I am not on my computer I am outside exploring nature or listening to music. Multimix City is a great place for both!

Sara Tux

I am Sara, mom to Gini and Karl, my two wonderful kids and wife of Antoin, my wonderful husband! Like everyone else in my family I like electronics, robots, linux, computers, surfing the internet, reading, photography, exploring nature and swimming.
I think it is much better to actively pursue things than passively sit and watch tv all the time. As a mom I am glad that my kids feel the same way.
If I am not on the computer, not working on an electronics projects, do an experiment or explore nature I am probably behind a book. My favouite books are "The night of wishes" by Michael Ende (the author of "Never-ending Story"), Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien and the Hitchhiker series (The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) by Douglas Adams.

Antoin Tux

I am Antoin Tux, and I love linux, electronics and my family. I am the happiest when I can pursue an electronics project or can go hiking with my family.
